Innocua.net is an electronic library that aims to gather information from organizations, companies and publications devoted to topics that fit in the concept of food safety from farm to consumer in the context of food security.
The production of safe food is a complex multifactorial system that thrives on biological, social and technological components interconnected in space and time.
Innocua.net intends to work in strengthening the link between the different stages that comprise the food chain through the diffusion of scientific and technical organizations and the collection of articles on food safety issues.
